System Pressure Check & Analysis

Determine specific field locations to perform pressure recording to measure actual pressure in piping during system operation. Actual field data can then be compared to theoretical data to determine if upgrades can be made to improve system pressures.

By inputting actual pipe sizes and elevations into computer based hydraulic modeling software an accurate assessment of theoretical system pressures can be determined.

Based on system pressure checks and hydraulic calculations, a recommendation can be made for optimized flow throughout the irrigation system to provide the best possible performance of the irrigation system.

Flow Management set up in Central Computer

Once the proper hydraulic setup has been established, the hydraulic tree in the central software can be setup to reflect optimum performance of the irrigation system.

Determination of low pressure problem areas

After determining locations where the system pressures are lowest during nightly watering cycles, programming adjustments can be made to the central computer which can tell these sprinklers to operate at a time when better pressure is available..
